At Clean SL8 Waste Solutions LLC (“Clean SL8,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to providing high-quality waste management, valet trash, dumpster cleaning, and related services. This Return & Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be granted.
1. Service Cancellations
- Clients may cancel scheduled services with at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid charges.
- Same-day cancellations may be charged in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- Billing errors: If you are mistakenly overcharged, we will correct the error and issue a prompt refund.
- Service dissatisfaction: If services were not performed in accordance with the agreed scope of work, clients may request a partial or full refund, subject to review and verification.
- Advance payments: Prepaid services canceled prior to commencement may be eligible for a refund, minus reasonable administrative fees.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds will not be issued for services already completed in accordance with the agreed scope of work.
- Missed service caused by restricted access, client non-compliance, or unsafe site conditions is not refundable.
- Promotional or discounted services are non-refundable unless required by law.
4. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@cleansl8wastesolutions.com within 7 business days of the disputed service.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

By using Clean SL8 services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
We provide waste management, valet trash, dumpster cleaning, and related services as agreed in contracts.
3. Payments
Payments must be made as per invoices/contracts. Late fees may apply.
4. Client Duties

We are not liable for losses beyond the amount paid for services, except as required by Texas law.

We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, unsafe conditions, or misuse.

These Terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes resolved in Harris County, Texas.

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
